EFFECT OF SURFACE PRESSURE AND PURPLE MEMBRANE CONCENTRATION ON THE QUALITY OF LB FILM
表面压与紫膜含量对紫膜LB膜质量的影响

We have measured the thickness of purple membrane LB film at different surface pressure and different purple membrane concentration by Alpha step apparatus. The results show that the thickness of the single purple membrane fragment in purple membrane LB film was about 50A. Some purple membrane fragments in LB film became overlaped. When surface pressure was 30mN/m or weight ratio of purple membrane to soybsan phospholipid was 20:1, it is easy for purple membrane fragments to enter into water and to overlap.
