PROPERTIES OF INTRACELLULAR CALCIUM STORE IN SH-SY5Y CELLS
SH－SY5Y细胞胞内钙库特性研究

Using microfluorimentric technique,intrcellular free calcium concentrations in single SH-SY5Y cells were measured.It was found that in SH-SY5Y cells there exist muscarine-but not caffeine-sensitive intrcellular calcium store.The dynamic properties of this calcium store were also investigated.
