THE EFFECT OF CHOLESTEROL ON THE STRUCTURE OF DPPC MULTILAYERS
胆固醇对二棕榈酰磷脂酰胆碱（DPPC）多层膜结构的影响

The effect of cholesterol on the stryctyre of dipalmitoylphosphatidyl-choline(DPPC)multilayers has been studied by SAXD(small angle x-ray diffraction) and DSC(differential scanning calorimetry)techniques. DSC thermograms showed that the sharp,highly cooperative phase transition in DPPC disappeared gradually with increasing of the cholesterol content.At a cholesterol concentration of 40(mol)% or more,a phase separation was observed in both x-ray diffraction and DSC experiment.
