RAMAN MICROSPECTROSCOPIC STUDY ON THE CEREBRALCORTEX AND STRIATUM OF RATS? ?
|
Abstract:
Raman microspectroscopic study was applied to the cerebral cortex and corpus striatum of the rats. Raman spectra in 800-1800cm-1 range were obtained without significant interference of autofluorescence. Common spectral bands were assigned. The similarity and difference of the Raman spectra between the cerebral cortex and the functional significance were also discussed.
