THE NUMERICAL STUDY OF DYNAMICAL IP3-Ca2+ OSCILLATION MODEL

Abstract:
In this paper, with help of improved J.W.Shuai and P.Jung Ca2+ oscillation model, the dynamical IP3-Ca2+ oscillation model connected with varying IP3 concentration was obtained. Using revised model, the effect of dependence parameter λ and number of Ca2+ channels N on Ca2+ oscillation was analyzed. The bifurcation diagrams of Ca2+ oscillation as a function of λ was found. The coherence of Ca2+ oscillation and IP3 oscillation was gained and the effect of number of Ca2+ channels N on Ca2+ oscillation was studied. These model results reveal the properties of Ca2+ oscillation.
