STUDIES ON EARLY DIAGNOSIS OF TUMOURS WITH ELECTRON SPIN RESONANCE (ESR) METHOD OF ELECTRONIC SATURATION POWERED LEVEL

With the method of ESR saturation power point we have detected the hair of 519 caes of healthy, pulmonary cancer,oesophegeal cancer, as well as pulmonary tuberculosis, silicosis related with pulmonary cancer, mean while compared with their clinical diagnosis. The results thows that the positive rate is 1.60%, 85.42%, 90.48%, 27.27% and 20.00% respectively. There is an obvious distinction between pulmonry cancer,cesophegeal cancer and healthy cases(P 0.001) ESR saturation power poinl elevates sharply after treatment of pulmonary cancer, as is 71.43% between10.0 to 24.0 (mW),after treatment of oesophegeal cancer, as is 71.23% between10.0 to 19.9(mW). The survey on the high risk areas of oesophegeal cancer has suggested that the positive rate is 39.29% in 56 indivi-dals. There was excluded tumours to account for 60.71%.
