COMPARISON OF RADISTION INDUCED DNA DAMAGE AND ITS REPAIR IN TWEO TYPES OF CELLS
|
Abstract:
In this essay, a comparison of the degree of radiation-induced DNA damage and repair ability in rat blood radiosensitive lymphocytes and radioinsensitive L7712 cells was observed. The results show that the degree of radiation-induced DNAssb is no obviously different; while the rejoining ability of DNAssb in L7712 cells is greater than that of lymphocytes. This might be the molecular basis of differences between two types of cells.
