RELATIONSHIP OF NON-HOMOGENEITY OF MEMBRANE FLUIDITY WITH THE DYNAMIC OF CELL DIVISION
|
Abstract:
The non - homogeneity of membrane fiudity was shown in different cellular types . The membrane fluidity obtained from epithelium cells in normal person, inflammatory cells in tuberculosis as well as pulmonary adenocancer and pulmonary squamous cancer were 2.517±0.267. 4.026±0.722. 22.557±3.711. 32.875±9.709. respectively. Changes of fluidity were substantially based on the degrees of cellular division. The relationship between membrane fluidity and dynamic of cell division as well as its possibility in clinical application were discussed.
