Continuous free flow electrophoresis (CFE) is a preparative liquid electrophoresis without support medium.It is easy operation and have good biological compatibility,so as to separate and purify various proteins or cells. We report the instrumental design and making and the separation model proteins and cells. The method has potential value in the production of recombinant proteins.
