The Neural Network Model for Predicting the Process of Fermentation
谷氨酸发酵过程的神经网络模拟预测模型

The back-propagation model which is one of the typical artificial neural network models was applied to establish the mathmatical model for simulation and predication of process of glutamic acid fermentation on the basis of the data of fermenter (No. 1501) in one glutamic factory . The results indicated that the performance of the network is good , and therefore it might be referred as an effective assistant technique for simulation and predication of process of fermentation .
