PRINCIPAL COMPONENT ANALYSIS AND FUZZY CLUSTER ANALYSIS FOR DIFFERENT ECOTYPES OF REED(PHRAGMITE SCOMMUNIS TRIN)BASAD ON THEIR INDEXES

ixty five indexes on community,morphology,dissection ,physiology ,biochemistry,genetics, metabolism and others were selected for the first time to make the principal compo-nent analysis and the fuzzy cluster analysis for different ecotypes of reed(Phragmites commu-nis Trin).The results showed that for the ecotypes of reed studied there were the mostsignificant differences in the indexes,such as biomass, dry weight per shoot,shoot height,levels of soluble protein and RNA, activities of DNase and RNase ,with or without Kranzstructure, and soil pH value,Among 4 ecotypes of reed studied, the reed in salt meadow wasmost similar to the reed in a transitional zone from salt meadow to sand dune,was less simi-lar to the reed in sand dunes,and was least similar to the reed in swamp.
