The Dahurian pika, Ochotona daurica Pall., is widely distributed in the Inner-Mongolian steppe. The present paper deals with the pika's food and food consumption in this region. Our field work and laboratory feeding experiments were carried out in Baiyinxile Pasture in 1980 and 1981. The results are as follows:1.
