Abstract:
A sensitive period, often causing high mortality to early stage larvae, is present during the first-feeding of fishes. One of important death causes is the larvae can not obtain timely necessary foods from the water circumstance. Some experimentations on the first-feeding of larval reeves shad were conducted by the artificially fertilized eggs which were obtained in the spowning region of the River Ganj-iang and hatched and developed in an indoor hatching circulator with the use of feeding natural planktons...
