In Situ Measurements of CO_2 Flux in Grassland Ecosystem by Closed Chamber Technique

As a part of IMGRASS project,the biological mechanism of CO 2 emission and absorption in grassland soil\|vegetation system is analyzed and the problems of the in situ measurement of CO 2 fluxes by closed chamber technique are discussed in this paper.
