Application of microbial markers in the researches of soil pollution ecology
微生物标志物在土壤污染生态学研究中的应用

Microbial markers have been widely used in soil eco-toxicological diagnosis, soil pollution control, and contaminated soil remediation assessment. This paper summarized the microbial markers frequently employed in the researches of soil pollution ecology and related technologies, and introduced the commonly used methods tor the determination of soil enzyme activities. The recently developed PCR-DGGE and PLFA techniques, their application advances, as well as their shortcomings and advantages were also demonstrated. It was suggested that multi-methods should be combined in use, so as to integrate the advantages of different techniques and methods, and ensure the scientificity of evaluation.
