STUDIES ON A HIGH-SPEED 3-D RECONSTRUCTION ALGORITHM FOR SEMITRANSPARENT BIOLOGICAL SPECIMEN AND ITS APPLICATION
适于半透明生物试样的三维重建快速算法及应用

A high-speed 3-D reconstruction algorithm for semitransparent specimen,named blend fluorescence algorithm based on B-Spine, is presented. It is applied in the 3-D distribution of free Ca2+ in embryonic chick cerebellar granule cells under the stimulation of pulsed electrical field.
