EFFECT OF CONA-RECEPTOR INTERACTION ON THE ASSEMBLY OF MACROPHAGE MICROFILAMENTS

In this paper, the assembly of microfilaments after ConA combined with ma-crophage membrane receptors was studied by Flow Cytometry and Fluorescent Microscopy.Results showed that after ConA combined with membrane receptors, the amount of microfilamenls increased and the cell area enlarged.In this experiment, FCM was successfully used to study the cytoskeleton of macrophages in living stale.
