EFFECT OF PHENYLHYDRAZINE INJECTION ON THE MICRORHEOLOGICALCHARACTERISTICS OF RBCs IN THE COURSE OF ERYTHROCYTE SENESCENCE
|
Abstract:
To study the microrheological characteristics of RBCs under abnormal physiological conditions in vivo, a model of anemia models of rabbit induced by phenylhydrazine injection was built. The measurements of hematocrit, deformation index, orientation index, blood viscosity and sedimentation etc in the processes of RBC senescence in vivo for more than 60 days were performed. There were obvious changes in the RBC's rheological characteristics which became worse in the senescent models.
