THE EFFECT OF SPERMESE ON THE ANION TRANSPORT OF THE ERYTHROCYTE MEMBRANES
精胺对红细胞膜阴离子通透性的影响

The effect of spermine on the anion transport across the erythrocyte membranes was studied by our new improved method of NH4C1 istonic swelling. The results showed that the permeability of the anion transport was increased, depending on the spermine concentration and time course. The mechanism of spermine effect was also studied. It seems that spermine mainly affects the structure of membrane cytoskeleton through the reaction with spectrin proteins. This will lead to the conformational changes in Band 3, which causes the change of anion transport.
