INTERACTION OF PHOSPHOLIPID MONOLAYER WITH SPA FROM SOLUTION
|
Abstract:
The interaction of the phospholipids monolayer with SpA adsorbed from solution has been studied by ultraviolet and circular dichroism spectroscopies of films transferred from air-water interface of a Langmuir film balance. The experiment results revealed that the interaction was strongly influenced by the surface pressure of the monolayer. the charge states of the monolayer and the protein as well as the ionic strength of the subphase. The secondary structure of a portion of protein in the monolayer was altered by the penetration procedure from the subphase to the lipid monolayer.
