A Case of Tetralogy of Fallot in Mirror-image Dextrocardia and Total Situs Inversus

Tetralogy of Fallot coexisting with dextrocardia and situs inversus is very rare. We report a case of successful surgical treatment of tetralogy of Fallot with dextrocardia and situs inversus in a 23 year-old-woman.
