Modelowanie numeryczne stomatologicznych mostów adhezyjnych

In the paper the use of numerical methods for modelling adhesive dental bridges is presented. The use of finite-elements method for the analysis of the state of stresses and strains formed in pillar teeth as well as in the dental bridge construction itself due to the action of loads occurring in the human oral cavity is also described. The use of the finite-elements method for the construction and numerical analysis makes it possible to illustrate the value of stresses and indicate places especially exposed to the action of occlusive forces. The analysis results will be helpful when designing permanent denture prostheses.
