Carrying Capacity and Serviceability Parametric Analysis of Pre-Stressed Concrete Roof PurlineDOI: 10.2478/v10160-010-0001-8 Keywords: Prefabricated concrete, pre-stressed concrete, roof purlin, limit strain, ultimate deflection Abstract: This paper deals with different computational methods of pre-stressed components according to formerly valid CSN and Eurocode system 1992-1-1 (next only EC2). The different computational methods are applied on a particular component of a pre-stressed prefabricated concrete roof purlin with a span of 16 m. The limit state of serviceability has been analyzed in relation to relative humidity and the dead and live load ratio.
