Analysis of Latvian E-government Effectiveness

This research focuses on e-government development index. To raise the index in Latvia, factors influencing the index value were studied and recommendations for increasing the e-government development index are offered. The influencing factors significance of e-government development index and the impact of these factors were studied and analyzed.
