Trauma y otras repercusiones del abuso sexual desde una perspectiva psicoanalítica

in this paper are presented clinic notes obtained in the psychological care offered by avesa (asociación venezolana por una educación sexual alternativa) [venezuelan association for an alternative sexual education]. starting from principles of psychoanalytic practice which offer guidance for the therapeutic action is also crucial to differentiate between response to a traumatic event and psychical trauma, connected this one with the unconscious. along a series of sexual abuse cases, the trauma appears as a psychical reality, involving psychic operations which determine that a vivid experience becomes a trauma. in some other cases the impact surpasses the trauma, so the abusive linking becomes a definition treat of the unconscious link with the other. in a third set are showed the cases wherein, after the search for aid due to sexual abuse, then will come out a field of subjective problems just awaiting to become symptom and so to utter a call for aid.
