this analysis arise from participation study in a communitarian context developed in a water technical desk from las brisas del paraíso, cota 905, urban people neighborhood, southwestern caracas, república bolivariana de venezuela. objectives of this study included to determine the meaning of participation in the context of the studied community through people assisting water technical desk which mainly it is conformed by women. the qualitative reseach is intend to make a comprehension an interpretation the current situation in the studies area and it is transformed through alive relationship, changing and constant in the community, in which it is essential the women action as propellers of development, participation and co-responsibility in quotidianity.
