the following article attempts to argue reflective aspects of my thinking on bioethics, which are based on a flexible conception of it and that is based on the framework provided by recognized human rights. all this proposal i supported as set in article 23 of the universal declaration on bioethics and human rights of unesco, which highlight the need to promote education, training and training in bioethics.
