Factores que influyen en el liderazgo de los gerentes del sector bancario en la ciudad de Cúcuta-Norte de Santander

this paper shows the results of an empirical research, whose purpose is to identify three leadership factors: the leader 's personality, the perception of followers, and the organizational culture in managers of the financial sector in the city of cucuta, norte de santander. finally, those three aspects formerly mentioned have exerted a huge influence upon executive leadership due to the fact that the comparative frequency between the amount of employees and executives that are in agreement is relatively high.
