Identificación y propuesta de mejoramiento de la gestión del conocimiento en el Centro de Desarrollo Agropecuario y Agroindustrial (CEDEAGRO) Sena-Regional Boyacá

this article aims at evaluating the way knowledge is managed at the agroindustrial and agro- livestock center, sena boyaca and also proposing a plan for improvement. a lot of importance is given to the dimensions identification to measure knowledge management in the organization, among which we find: creation and acquisition, storing and protection, transmission and usage. the resulting outcomes from a descriptive analysis show that this organization manages knowledge at an acceptable level, even though it has to improve the creation and storing stages, without disregarding the transmission and usage stages, to shape all organizational operations. additionally, an analysis of common factors is made following the method principal components, proving that the most incidental elements that affect knowledge management are the creation of ideas and new ways to interact and perform in working teams, the storing of knowledge in information deposits, the use of specialized software to share and acquire enough information for decision making. finally, a proposal is presented to improve knowledge management at cedeagro.
