the regulation of the fliation in the cuban law manifests some shades hard to ignore. the legal basis of the fliation are established on a languid normative support which has motivated a juridical protection characterized as laconic, fragmented and antinomic; in addition to its doctrinal orphanage during the last decades. it becomes a maze for the cuban practitioners of the law. however, the regulations about the fliation do not stop to show peculiar shades due to the environment where it is developed.
