throughout this study we make an approach to the structure of the sas shares, given their representation, transferability restrictions on itself and its different types, based on its essential incardination capital . we have emphasized in this comparative analysis, mainly with spanish and european law, german and italian significantly, to clear horizons and problems, also that the legal solutions of the shares can arise in practice. the sas system leaves certain areas in the penumbra regulatory we want this study now provide insights and interpretations that can help complete it and improve it.
