the present work measures the impact of explanatory variables for the probability of female labor force participation in the regions of chile. for which uniequations logit models. results demonstrate significant differences among regions for analyzed variables. not labor income for women and age were the variables that showed an effect of higher dispersion. on the contrary, education was less dispersed, although it changed according to age.
