Experiencias de vulnerabilidad: de las estrategias a las tácticas subjetivas

the policies implemented in recent decades in chile, as well as the processes of modernization in course, led to the development of a model that emphasizes the identification of risk management in the individual subject; this reinforces a context of vulnerability, risk and uncertainty. the article raises the question of how in this framework, individuals deployed certain practices to deal with socioeconomic risks, not only designed to assume their direct effects, but also to face the consequences in their social position. the paper becomes more complex the approach of a rational actor that proposes a direct relationship between risks and actions for dealing problematic situations with own resources. instead, raises the vulnerability as a fragile and contradictory experience, that lead to the subject to deploy tactics in different ways. we will emphasize in the senses of stigma, shame and pride, as elements that mobilize a tactic of concealment of the crisis.
