Los problemas de riesgo moral en la democracia chilena: una óptica para reflexionar sobre los problemas en la gestión pública

corruption is a phenomenon, that seems be increasing globally with multiple repercussions in different areas, such us democratic stability of countries and others. it seems be urgent to conduct an analytical work that allows us to initiate a technical discussions among different social actors, as well to follow up such processes. all this intended in relation of chilean case. to achieve these objectives, the agency theory is used here. furthermore the morphology and intensity of corruption in chile is revised. later on the probably changes in the model are also studied, all this under the prism of complexity epistemology.
