Reforma do emprego público: breves considera？？es às grandes reformas em curso em Portugal

the present article analyzes the subjects of the public administration reform and the models that had served to it, in synthesised format. it is appreciated, also, the cause of the reform with the particular state of the public employment. with supranational arguments and more concrete reasons for portugal, we display the reform stimulated for the xvii constitutional government, since 2005. we think that is the biggest reform, some time practiced in the portuguese public administration. in the article we do appreciations to the aspects of the public employment, to its regimen, careers and wages, recruitment and selection, in brief considerations.
