Nuevos tiempos, nuevos problemas

this article puts forward the challenges faced by all of us, argentinian researchers who acknowledge, vis-à-vis the current national political and cultural situation, particular conditions when articulating the terms citizenry-communication; challenges which, in the academic milieu, are usually avoided or eluded from certain institutional logic and/ or simplified adopted theoretical constructs.
