Formulación de un método de distribución de fuerzas horizontales en edificios con entrepisos flexibles: Método RNA

a method of distribution of horizontal forces is formulated in buildings; wich includes the flexibility of the floors diaphragms in combination with the deformations of the vertical resistant structures (frames, shears walls or combinated of both, etc.); besides this method is also applicable to orthogonal and olso nonorthogonal unsymmetrical buildings. the proposed approach is a new application of the matrix method of rigidities being considered in the analytic development of the same one, the torsion effects generated by the asymmetry of the plants or for the distribution of the stabilizers s much plane as space and the effects of the phenomenon of the torsion and flexotorsión in stabilizers of thin walls and open section. all these aspects confer to this method a level of superior generalization in relation to the focuses published by different specialists and in correspondence with the current tendencies at international level in the calculation of buildings in height. numeric examples are presented.
