EL ESTADO DE DERECHO COMO PRINCIPIO Y SU CONSAGRACIóN EN LA CONSTITUCIóN POLíTICA

this article states, firstly, some notions about the concept of rule of law and its theoretical meanings in the civil law tradition. it then attempts to connect said tradition with the chilean political constitution. in order to achieve this purpose, those constitutional norms that have traditionally been related to the concept of rule of law are reconstructed so that the content that this constitutional principle carries, that usually has great relevance in comparative law, is expressed in articles 5, 6 and 7 of our constitution.
