this article analyzes the incorporation of the tenth cons-tituional court of the region to the latinamerican constitutional law, which is the court foreseen in the 2010 constitution of the dominican republic. the article performs a comparative analysis of its juridical statute and competences, as well as the modalities and effects of its sentences.
