Tumor estromal gastrointestinal y embarazo: a propósito de un caso

we report the case of a 19 year′s old patient , natural and from miranda state , on her first pregnancy , who is admitted with 18,3 weeks of gestation , weight lost of 13 kg, dyspepsia, intestinal, habit changes, mass in left hypocondrium of dimensions 12 x 8 cm. exploratory laparotomy finds tumor in the mesenteric root binded to the intestine, peroperatory biopsy reveals fusocelular tumor ,which is removed and duodenal-ileon terminolateral anastomosis is performed. she is dismissed with 24, 5 weeks of gestation and oral tocolisis. diagnosis by definitive biopsy and inmunohistochemistry is gastrointestinal stromal tumor with low mitotic index, without necrosis ,negative for c-kit. she is admitted again at 30 weeks of gestation in preterm labor and a alive masculine newborn is obtained. actually followed by the departments of surgery and oncology.
