Embarazo ectópico miometrial: reporte de casoKeywords: first trimester pregnancy, extrauterine pregnancy, ectopic miometrial or intramural pregnancy, medical treatment, ultrasound. Abstract: a 32 years old patient that complained of abdominal pain, vaginal spotting and 6 weeks delay of the menstrual cycle. b-hcg test positive. the patient had a ruptured right ectopic pregnancy after a normal vaginal delivery treated with salpingectomy. she reports that her mother had a similar condition. the transvaginal ultrasound reveals an ectopic pregnancy below the right uterine horn with a thickened endometrium. the patient is hospitalized for treatment with methotrexate based on her psychological conditions. the patient had a satisfactory response with disappearance of the gestational sac and clinical symptoms.
