Embarazo luego de tratamiento conservador de hiperplasia endometrial atípica compleja con goserelina: Caso clínico

we report the case of a 28 years old patient that consulted for desire of pregnancy after two consecutive abortions. endometrial biopsy reported simple glandular hyperplasia with focal atypias. received medroxyprogesterone (60 mg daily) for 3 months. after treatment a hysteroscopy was performed and a suspicious lesion was observed in the anterior wall of endometrium with a biopsy report of worsening of the lesion to a complex glandular hyperplasia with atypias. received goserelin (zoladex ？) 3,5 mg subcutaneously once a month for 6 months after that presented a gestation without complications, that end in cesarean section. a new endometrial biopsy was performed that reported free of disease. a hysteroscopy performed 3 months later show no endometrial lesion. complex hyperplasia with atypia can be treated with gnrh analogs i patients wit desire of pregnancy.
