Abstract: we report the case of a patient with giant uterine myoma and term pregnancy that underwent cesarean section, for the location of the myoma in the anterior wall of the uterus. an hysterotomy was performed via uterine fundus and the abdominal cavity is addressed through half of a vertical incision extending from pubis up to 8 cm above navel. a total abdominal hysterectomy was subsequently performed.
