Gemelos cefalotoracópagos: Diagnóstico antenatalKeywords: conjoined twins, ephalothoracopagus, prenatal diagnosis. Abstract: is described a cephalothoracopagus twins in which the diagnosis was made prenatally by ultrasound. it corresponds to a patient of 22 years of age, ii gravity, amenorrhea of 28 weeks. irregular prenatal control, attends first perinatal ultrasound study that reported: pregnancy to twins, both in longitudinal situation, breech presentation; with alteration of the fetal anatomy that does not allow to biometry. it enters the institution, where it was made caesarean segmental obtaining death fetal preterms, small for date, twin, cephalothoracopagus. the diagnosis was complemented with autopsy and pathology, the diagnosis was confirmed.
