this paper analyzes a group of leading cases in matters of action for protection brought by students alleging the violation of several constitutional guarantees -including freedom of speech-, after having participated in student demonstrations. the author shows how the jurisprudence recognizes the right of speech of the students, and how this recognition implies a limit to the freedom of education.
