Stent ductal en cardiopatías congénitas dependientes del ductus: Seguimiento a mediano plazoKeywords: congenital heart disease, cardiac catheterization, ductus arteriosus, stent, pulmonary atresia. Abstract: work objective to present our ductal stenting experience in congenital heart disease with duct-dependent circulation. methods and results four stents were implanted without complications in three patients with pulmonary atresia aged between 2 and 9 days. mean follow-up was 411 days (123 to 721 days). two stents were successfully redilated. one patient underwent surgery, another was followed-up to the fourth month and another is awaiting surgery. the mean oxygen saturation level increased from 61% to 80%. conclusion in patients with duct-dependent congenital heart disease, ductal stenting was a feasible and effective procedure at early and mid-term follow-up.
