A quest？o ambiental e a condi？？o da pobreza

this article presents reflections on the environmental question in relation to global warming, considering it to be the most current manifestation of the issue and that with the strongest impact. it situates both the social and environmental questions at the root of a system that through its mode of production, by commodifying man and earth, produces inequality, poverty and depredation. the paper conducts critical readings of the system to reveal its inherent contradictions, based on the fact that it appropriates, for private purposes, goods produced by man and nature. it stimulates understanding and awareness of these issues to establish resistances and thus inscribe in the political agenda a situation more favorable to life on the planet.
