El amparo en El Salvador: finalidad y derechos protegibles

the aim of this article is to address in the first place the purpose of the amparo, in order to clarify, that in addition to the traditional subjective dimension it pertains there is another object type, characterized by going beyond the particular case, due to the criteria that arises from the interpretation of the constitutional provisions which serve to overcome this, it has become a criterion that guides the interpretation and application of the fundamental rights by other state bodies. and, secondly, it is an approximation to one of the unfinished terms of amparo, as it is related to the rights concerning the protected rights, which is a consequence of the broad formulation establish in article 247 of the constitution, which includes "the rights granted by this constitution." because of that, the constitutional chamber has been in the need to gradually shape the contours of the constitutional expression and systematize its content of rights that have been interpreted by it.
