NECROSIS DE LA VULVA POST TRATAMIENTO POR CONDILOMAS: REPORTE DE UN CASO

case report:14 years old female, patient who came to the emergency department at central hospital in maputo, mozambique. she′s single, black and she has never been pregnant. she has a good health record. she refers that two or three weeks ago a “voodoo man” had recomended her a “tradicional treatment” to cure her vulva condilomas. now she is suffering from high fever, pain in that part of her body, fetid leucorrhea and miction disfunction. on physical examination we obtained a totally necrosed vulva with purulent fetid secretion. the vaginal examination using speculum was imposible. the result to hiv and serology were positive. the hemoglobine result was 80gl. afeter treating serology,anemia and beggining antiretroviral treatment,she was taken to the operating room to perform a simple vulvectomy. she had satisfactory surgery results by a second change healing and followed by consultation for two months after her operation.
