reflexions to establish satisfactory longevity in elderly people demand to identify on nursing intervention in primary health attention. relationships between fertility and life expectancy have been examined according to health actions focused on elderly people in the community. the purpose of this study was to identify nursing practice on elderly people in primary health attention to get satisfactory longevity. current tendency about elderly people was analyzed. the reflexion focused on understanding the individual and popular aging phenomena since gerontology and geriatric nursing have been considered perspective to satisfy elderly people demands.
